Embark on a captivating journey from Beaune, where you'll unravel the hidden treasures of Burgundy's wine culture. Explore different vineyards and wineries scattered throughout this renowned region.

Description

Our journey begins at the designated time right in front of the Beaune Tourist Office. We will head to a Burgundy winery in the city center. You'll indulge in a tasting of three remarkable white wines: Saint-Aubin, Meursault, and Corton-Charlemagne.

After the tasting, you'll have one hour of free time to have lunch in Beaune's old town. Once reenergized, we'll regroup for a minibus tour through the Grands Crus wine route in Burgundy.

This journey will take us through the picturesque villages of Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée, passing by the vineyards of the Clos Vougeot Château. We will learn about its historic cellars from the 11th century and its significance as a meeting place for the Brotherhood of the Knights of Tastevin.

From Clos Vougeot, we will visit another traditional Burgundy winery in Nuits-Saint-Georges, exploring age-old viticulture techniques. You'll savor the flavors of Burgundy wines.

Afterward, you'll have free time for a local meal if desired, before returning to Beaune. We will conclude our journey back at the Tourist Office after a total of 8 hours.
