Embark on a comprehensive adventure into the legends and enigmas of Bordeaux. Delve into the captivating narratives surrounding this city that sits beside the Garonne River, famed for its exceptional wines.

Tour Overview

Our journey begins at the renowned Grosse Cloche, where we will set off on an exploration of the legends and mysteries of Bordeaux. Are you prepared to uncover the eerie tales that haunt the capital of New Aquitaine?

Our initial destination will be Plaza Fernand Lafargue, a site steeped in its unsettling history of torture. It is said that the spirits of those who suffered still echo throughout its spaces, especially as night descends over Bordeaux. Quite haunting!

Next, we will visit Saint Andrew's Cathedral, tracing the story of the werewolf condemned to life imprisonment in 1603. However, he is not the only peculiar figure linked to this city. Interestingly, during the French Revolution, 74 mummies were unearthed in this very location.

As we progress, captivating stories of forbidden romances and mysterious vanishings surrounding Plaza Gambetta will come to light. While wandering through Bordeaux's labyrinth of alleys, we will find ourselves transported back to the time of the Inquisition and the witch hunts that once gripped this area.

Concluding our chilling 2.5-hour journey, we will arrive in front of the San Severino Basilica.
