Old Bordeaux + Saint-Michel Neighborhood Free Tour

In this free tour of Bordeaux, we'll explore the capital of Nouvelle-Aquitaine and walk through the Old Bordeaux and Saint-Michel neighborhoods.

Description

Meet at the designated time on Chapeau-Rouge Street, next to the Grand Theater of Bordeaux. The tour includes visits to the Cervantes Institute, Dijeaux Gate, and Gambetta Square.

We will proceed to the Museum of Decorative Arts and Design, then view the Hotel de Ville and Saint-André Cathedral.

Next, we visit Fernand Lafargue Square and the Grosse Cloche monument, followed by a walk along Victor Hugo Street towards the Basilica of Saint-Michel.

The route continues through the Capuchins Market and along the banks of the Garonne River, passing by the Bourgogne Gate, Stone Bridge, and Cailhau Gate.

Finally, we will stop at the Lumières Gardens near the Quays of Bordeaux to conclude our 2.5-hour tour.
