The tour begins at the designated time at Les Pastras de Cadenet farm. We will visit an authentic Provençal truffle plantation located within the Luberon Regional Natural Park. During the tour, attendees will observe truffle dogs skilled in locating prized black mushrooms.

While walking with the dogs in search of "black gold," participants will learn to distinguish the Provençal variety, Tuber melanosporum, from other truffle varieties. The tour will also reveal the history of smugglers involved in the trade of this valuable fungus.
