Are you currently in Fez? If your goal is to explore the mesmerizing desert and its remarkable Amazigh villages, this 3-day journey to Merzouga, concluding in Marrakesh, is a must.

3-Day Journey

Day 1: Fez - Ifrane - Azrou - Erfoud - Merzouga

After your pickup from your hotel or riad in Fez, we will set off towards the Merzouga Desert. Our journey will take us through sites such as Ifrane, often referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco. Are you curious about the origins of this nickname? We will also have opportunities to admire the lovely scenery of Azrou.

Continuing on, we will navigate the Ziz valley and its gorges until reaching Erfoud. In the evening, prepare for a camel trek through the Merzouga desert, where the stunning landscapes will surely captivate you. Optionally, you may choose to participate in a quad tour as well.

A delicious dinner awaits you, followed by a restful overnight stay at the Haimas Camp.

Day 2: Merzouga – Todgha Gorge – Dadès Gorge

The next morning greets us with a spectacular sunrise over the Merzouga dunes, perfect for photography enthusiasts! Following breakfast, we will head towards the renowned Todgha Gorge, where the breathtaking views are bound to leave you in awe.

As the day concludes, we will move towards the magnificent Dadès Gorge. Here, we will savor a meal and enjoy a comfortable night at a nearby hotel, preparing for the journey ahead.

Day 3: Dadès Gorge – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakesh

Your day will commence with a delightful breakfast at the hotel before we embark on our trip to Ouarzazate. During this leg, we will visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a site famed among film enthusiasts!

Here, you'll have leisure time for lunch and capturing photographs before we continue our tour, passing through Amazigh villages nestled in the foothills of the Atlas mountain range. Did you know this is one of Morocco's most iconic mountain ranges?

We plan to arrive in Marrakesh around 6 pm.
