Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet on Calle Cenascuras and set off on our jeep tour of the Gorafe Desert. Our tour will take us on a safari through the Granada Geopark.

The first stop will be at the Gorafe Megalithic Park, an archaeological site in the Gor River Valley, where we will observe funerary monuments from the Bronze Age and discuss their history.

We'll continue exploring the Gorafe Desert, which was once inhabited by saber-toothed tigers and other large prehistoric mammals.

As we travel through the badlands, we'll encounter deep canyons, ravines, and fairy chimneys, along with unusual rock formations shaped by water and wind.

During the jeep tour, we'll pass by viewpoints like Olivares Plain, Pinos Hill, or Bandera Hill for optimal views. Additionally, we'll visit Los Coloraos, a natural area resembling the Grand Canyon due to its reddish tones.

Our tour will end back at the starting point after a total of 5 hours.
