KÁ is inspired by the Egyptian concept of dualism, telling the story of two twins, a man and a woman, separated at birth, who strive to reunite.

Setting

The show features no fixed stage, but instead includes two enormous platforms, with elevators that rise, fall, and turn, enhancing the performance. KÁ's stage rotates 360 degrees, utilizing two tons of granular cork each night to mimic sand. The pre-show includes 120 fireballs fired 30 feet high, reaching temperatures of up to 572ºF (600ºC). Additionally, a boat in the storm scene weighing 1102 lbs (500 kg) is manipulated entirely by performers on stage.
