On this guided tour of Lyon, we'll discover iconic spots such as the Pink Tower, the National Opera, and Bellecour Square.
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Place de la Comédie. The tour will begin with visits to the Town Hall and the Opera House. Next, we'll proceed to the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, a major art museum in France.
The tour will continue at the Church of Saint-Nizier, noted for its gothic facade. The subsequent stop will be Bellecour Square, one of the largest rectangular squares in Europe, passing through Jacobins Square, home to a famous fountain.
We will then walk along the Saona Riverside to Vieux Lyon (Old Lyon), where the medieval architecture is prominent. Here, we will learn about the Pink Tower and its Traboule. The tour will conclude with views of Lyon Cathedral, located at the foot of Fourvière Hill.
This guided tour will last 2 hours and will end in front of the cathedral.
