Tour Bernabéu

The current tour is reduced and is affected by the renovation works of the stadium. Timely the visit to the wardrobes, honour box, mixed area and press room is disabled.

The tour includes entrance to the museum of Real Madrid CFwhere you can see a model of the new stadium Santiago Bernabéu after the renovation work.
The interactive screens** will lead to remembrance most emblematic moments of Real Madridconsidered as the Best club of the 20th century.
You can also make a photograph with the Champions League Cup.
And you can enjoy a amazing panoramic view of the interior of the Bernabéu Stadium.
The visit ends at the official meeting of Real Madrid.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturdays from 9:00 to 19:30. Sundays and holidays from 09:30 to 19:00
Special Festive hours from 9:30 to 13:00h : 24/12 and 31/12

** Information on the visit:**
- Access Gate 28 (C/ Avenida Concha Espina 1)
- This entry includes the visit to the entire Museum.
- Valid only for date and printed time.
- For reasons of organization the Tour may vary both the schedule and the tour without notice.
- Timeliness is requested. Arriving later from the reserved time does not guarantee entry to the enclosure.
- Only the first entry to the premises will be accepted as valid and no subsequent access attempts will be admitted with the same entry.
- In case of access with printed entry, this must be kept in full and in good condition, and the admission may be refused on the contrary. Any amended entry, broken, in poor condition or with signs of forgery, will authorize the organizer to deprive the entrance to the enclosure.
- The attendance at the Museum will be limited by means of capacity control. The alteration of routes may be established, the management of entrances and exits or the exclusion of rooms for security reasons.
No returns will take place. In case of reduced rates, the corresponding accreditation documentation will be requested.
- The Organization will not respond to the authenticity of the tickets purchased outside the official sales points by not being held accountable.
- No consignment service is available.
- Animal access is not allowed except guide dogs.
- In the tour there are numerous steps of stairs so it is not advisable to do it with bags or baby carts.

- According to the Act, the carrier authorizes the Organization to carry out the relevant revisions and records to verify that the security conditions are met.
- The Organization reserves the right of admission.
- The carrier of this entry undertakes to respect the rules established by Real Madrid C.F. and, in particular, to follow faithfully the indications that mark the course and instructions of the Club staff.

Causes preventing access to sports facilities
1.- The introduction of beverages, weapons, instruments that may be used as such, bengalas, artifice fires or similar objects.
2.- The introduction and display of banners, symbols, emblems or legends that involve incitement to violence.
3.- To be found under the effects of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropics, stimulants or similar substances.
