Experience a Mexican adventure on this excursion to the cenotes of Homun. Admire these rugged rock formations and relax in the crystal-clear waters!
Description
We'll pick you up from your hotel and head towards Homun, a village located in one of the main cenote areas of the Yucatan Peninsula.
Once we've made our way into the heart of the Maya jungle, we'll stop to change our mode of transportation. You'll have the option to pedal on a bicycle or board a traditional "truck" (horse-drawn vehicle) to reach various cenotes.
Throughout the morning, we'll tour significant cenotes in the area: Tza Ujun Kat, known for its emerald green color; Yaxbakaltun, one of the largest and most spectacular in Homun; and Balmil.
After touring some of Mexico's cenotes, we'll take you to a local restaurant, where we'll taste traditional Mexican dishes, before making our way back to Merida.
