Pompeii and Sorrento Day Trip

Decipher the enigmas hidden in the ruins of Pompeii with this excursion which also takes you along the seductive Sorrento coast.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up in Naples and start the tour to Pompeii and Sorrento.

During our tour, we'll explore the archaeological excavations of Pompeii, discovering the ancient Roman city buried by Vesuvius's eruption in the 1st century AD. Key locations include the House of the Faun, baths, brothel, and forum.

We will also explore Sorrento, visiting main points of interest with an audioguide in English and the public gardens of the Villa Comunale to enjoy views of the coastline. Lunch consisting of pizza and drinks will be included.

After 7 to 8 hours in total, we will return to Naples to conclude the tour.

The order of the itinerary may change for organizational reasons, but all mentioned sites will be visited.

Pickup

This tour includes pickup at the train station (in front of Hotel Terminus) or at selected hotels during booking.

For cruise passengers, pickup is available at the Passenger Terminal of the Maritime Station of the Port of Naples; indicate your port arrival during booking.

Be aware that Naples has restricted traffic zones; thus, pickup may not be possible at some hotels. In such cases, a nearby meeting point will be provided.
