Tour of Castellane, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie & Sainte-Croix

Your adventure begins between 7:30 am and 8 am with a pickup from your hotel in Nice, followed by a journey to Castellane, renowned as one of Provence's most enchanting villages.

Our first destination is the enchanting historical center of Castellane, where you will have 30 minutes to wander through its medieval streets, reminiscent of a storybook setting. We will also share insights into the town's fascinating historical connection with Napoleon Bonaparte.

The tour proceeds to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, recognized as one of France's most stunning villages. Nestled near the renowned Gorges du Verdon, this charming locale features homes positioned at the mountain's base. After delving into the town's history, you will enjoy 1 hour of free time to savor lunch and sample the delights of Provencal cuisine.

In the afternoon, we will head to Lac de Sainte-Croix, the third-largest lake in France, where the remarkable landscapes will leave you in awe! You will have 1 to 1.5 hours to explore this area. Our journey will conclude with a visit to the captivating lavender fields, where we will spend half an hour, witnessing the beauty of this iconic Provence staple.

We will plan to return to your hotel in Nice by 5 pm.
