Tour Details

We will meet at Piazza Caduti di Via Fani to initiate our guided tour of Polignano a Mare. This tour will take you through the historic center, featuring squares, quiet streets, and typical white houses adorned with flower pots. Highlights include visits to Chiesa Matrice and Piazza Dell'Orologio, along with stops at terraces overlooking the sea.

During the tour, there will be several stops to taste characteristic local cuisine. You will sample focaccia, traditional panzerotto stuffed with mozzarella and tomato sauce, and other typical dishes that showcase Polignano's celebrated cuisine.

The tour includes a tasting of the local caffè speciale crafted by master Mario Campanella, accompanied by a glass of local wine with a dish of burrata and capocollo. All of this will be enjoyed while taking in breathtaking views from the cliffs.
