Discover a beautiful Spanish city in a more personal way on our Ponferrada Private Tour. You'll explore the charms of El Bierzo's historic capital accompanied by an exclusive guide just for you!

Description

At your chosen time, we'll meet at the entrance ramp to the Templar Castle, located next to the Church of San Andrés. Here, we'll begin our private tour of Ponferrada, exploring the most fascinating places in the provincial capital of El Bierzo.

The first place we'll visit will be the castle, where you'll learn about this extraordinary fortress that once belonged to the powerful Order of the Knights Templar. We'll also climb to the top of its defensive towers for views of Ponferrada and the surrounding mountains.

Next, we'll stop at the foot of the Moclín Tower before heading to the Casa de los Escudos. After its history, we'll proceed to the Virgen de la Encina Square and the starting point of the beautiful Reloj Street.

On this last street, we'll pass by the Museum of Bierzo, which features an old prison from the 16th century. You'll learn about the town's defensive history by observing the ancient remains of the wall of Ponferrada.

After 2 hours of sightseeing, our private tour of Ponferrada will conclude as we return to the starting point.
