The Routeburn Track - Full-Day Guided Hike

The Routeburn Track is one of New Zealand’s 9 Great Walks and is the ultimate alpine adventure.

We start our journey by driving along the Glenorchy Highway, through Glenorchy stopping at Mrs Woolys for a coffee and to pick up the lunch then up the to start of the Ruoteburn track.

We will continue leisurely hiking alongside the picturesque Route Burn river before heading up to Bridal Veil Waterfall and a swing bridge then leads us through to the Routeburn Flats. If you are feeling adventurous we can continue hiking up to the Routeburn Falls Hut through spectacular beech forest and take in views of the Humboldt Mountains. This out-and-back trail is undulating but moderate in expertise, a beautiful way to spend the day.
