We will cross over the historic Ill River via the Saint Martin bridge, where we'll have a view of the waterlock and the traditional district, the oldest part of Strasbourg. We will discuss the history of the area and the architecture of the classic half-timbered townhouses.
Our next stop will be at Benjamin Zix square, where we'll enjoy the ambiance of local cafés along the canal. Afterwards, we'll proceed to Bruche quay with its romantic terraces, a highlight of the tour.
Finally, we'll visit the Ponts Couverts, offering views over the Barrage Vauban and the former city fortifications. The tour concludes here after a total of an hour and 15 minutes of sightseeing.
