La Fenice Theatre Guided Tour

  • 1 heure
  • Bon électronique

La Fenice, situated in the heart of Venice, is one of the most prestigious theaters in the world. Built in 1792, the theatre has risen from its ashes after devastating fires as if to follow the example of the mythological Phoenix from which it takes its name.

The theater, during the 19th and the 20th century, was the protagonist of numerous premieres of important names such as Gioachino Rossini, Giuseppe Verdi, or even Igor Stravinsky and Sergei Prokofiev, among many others.

This guided tour will take you to discover the “backstage” of the theater and of the illustrious artists who have trodden the stage over time.
