On this beer tour of Antwerp, participants will taste various types of Belgium's most famous drink while exploring the city.

Tour Details

The tour starts at Groenplaats square beneath the statue of the painter Rubens. A brief visit to the Cathedral of Our Lady precedes the first tasting at De Coninck bar, introducing participants to Belgian beer. Following this, the group will walk to Grote Markt and along the scenic banks of the Scheldt River.

The next location is a bar in the Antwerp harbor area for a second beer tasting in a waterfront setting. The tour includes a historical walk by Steen Castle, then returns to the city center for a glass of Belgian gin paired with local snacks.

Additionally, the tour will uncover more hidden gems in the historic center with stops for three additional Belgian beers, showcasing various styles and flavors. Participants will learn about the significance of Belgium’s beer culture.

After a duration of 4 hours filled with sightseeing, tasting, and storytelling, the tour concludes in Antwerp’s old town.
