Meet us at the central Place de la Liberté at the indicated time, and we'll set off on our food tour through the French Basque city of Bayonne!

After a brief introduction, we'll take a stroll through the city, notable for its traditional gastronomy. We'll visit Les Halles Market to try different fish and seafood products paired with a glass of wine. On our route, we’ll pass by St. Mary Cathedral.

Our next stop will be at the oldest trinquets in France, which includes a restaurant where we will sample local tapas and cured meats with a glass of wine. We will discuss the traditional game played there.

Afterward, we’ll visit a traditional Basque cider house to enjoy goat's cheese with quince jam and Sagarnoa cider, which we will pour ourselves from the barrel.
