During the tour, we'll explore squares and hidden gems, connecting with Birgu's authentic charm. The expert local guide will reveal the city's history and Baroque architecture.
At our first stops, the Advanced Gate and the Gate of Provence, we will learn about the Great Siege of Malta in 1565, where the Knights of St. John repelled Ottoman forces. Well-known fortifications, including Fort St. Angelo, played crucial roles in this event.
