Description

On the day of the activity, at the scheduled time, we'll meet at the pier behind the Bryggerikaia Restaurant (Sjøgata 1). From this Point in the Bodø region, we'll set off towards the beaches of Hovdsundet and Mjelle.

After sailing past the beaches, we'll reach the fjord of Nordfjorden, which stretches 106 kilometers (65 miles) and lies within the Sjunkhatten National Park. This fjord is the sixth-longest in Norway and remains untouched.

During the tour, our knowledgeable guides will share insights about the surrounding environment. You'll have numerous opportunities for stunning photographs of the landscapes of northern Norway.

Next, we will see Kjerringøy Handelsted, a historic 18th-century trading post. You'll have 1.5 hours of free time to explore the open-air museum, consisting of 15 buildings, and learn about its history and heritage.

After a tour lasting between 5 and 6 hours, we'll return to Bodø. Til neste gang!
