Panini Tasting Details

We'll meet at the designated time at Via Milazzo to begin this culinary experience in Bologna, where you'll taste some of the most typical products of Emilia-Romagna and Italy.

First, we'll discuss the culinary culture of this region, focusing on its history and traditions. Afterward, we'll taste a selection of gourmet panini, crafted with fresh, local ingredients.

Each panini will be accompanied by a glass of wine selected to enhance the flavors. After the tasting, you'll have the opportunity to purchase the wines and products you have tasted. The experience concludes after 2 hours.

Tasting Types

During the booking process, you can choose between two tastings:

Tasting of Italy panini: includes a meatball and sauce sandwich, a ragu sandwich, and a parmigiana sandwich.Tasting of Emilia panini: includes a mortadella sandwich, a ham sandwich, and a sandwich with traditional regional cheese.

A vegetarian option is also available upon request, including a parmigiana sandwich, a vegetable omelet sandwich, and a cheese, pesto, and tomato sandwich. A children's option includes a meatball sandwich, a vegetable omelet sandwich, and a mortadella sandwich, along with a drink.
