Noto, Ragusa, & Modica Day Trip

On this day trip to Noto, Ragusa, and Modica, you will explore three significant locations that epitomize the essence of the Sicilian Baroque.

Day Trip Details

We will pick you up at your hotel in Catania at the designated time to begin the journey. The first stop will be Noto, known as "The Stone Garden". You will see notable sites such as the Church of St Nicholas and the Church of San Domenico, both exemplary of 18th-century architecture.

Next, we will head to Ibla, the charming historic district of Ragusa, where you will see the facade of San Giuseppe and the Chiesa del Purgatorio within an area of stairways and alleys offering stunning views.

Our third stop is Modica, renowned for its churches and culinary heritage. You will have time to explore the town, including the Duomo of San Giorgio, and enjoy local cuisine.

As Modica is famous for its Aztec-origin chocolate, we will visit some of its most popular chocolate stores. After approximately 8 hours, we will conclude the day trip and drop you off at your hotel.
