Day 1: Chefchaouen – Azilane

Meet at the Hotel Madrid in Chefchaouen and embark on a seven-hour trek. The first section lasts three hours through the Talassemtane National Park, with a picnic lunch stop. The second stretch takes four hours, passing through the rural village of Afeska, ending in Azilane for dinner and overnight at a mountain lodge.

Day 2: Azilane – Akchour – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, set out on a five-hour trek to God's Bridge and the Akchour Waterfalls. Enjoy a picnic lunch before concluding the trek in Akchour by 5:15 pm. A taxi to Chefchaouen takes 45 minutes, costing around 18 USD (22 Euros) for up to four people.

4-Day Route

For the 4-day option, follow the first-day itinerary outlined above.

On the second day, hike from Azilane to Taourarte, an 8-hour trek through the Rif mountain range, reaching a rural lodge in Taourarte for dinner and overnight stay.

The third day involves an 8-hour hike to Akchour, featuring the Akchour waterfalls for a refreshing swim, followed by dinner and lodging in Akchour.

On the fourth day, trek from Akchour to Chefchaouen, a 6-hour journey with an iconic picnic stop. Afterward, enjoy a guided walking tour of Chefchaouen’s old town, concluding at 6 pm.
