Head to Bodegas Monje, located in northern Tenerife, at your chosen time, where a chef will be ready to guide you through this unique culinary workshop. Prepare to dive into the world of Canarian cuisine!

During the hour and a half session, you'll uncover the secrets behind the spicy mojo sauce known as mojo picón. The workshop includes a detailed overview of ingredients and essential steps to prepare this iconic recipe from the Canarian archipelago. Additionally, you will be introduced to other mojos featuring cilantro, parsley, and pumpkin. Take notes to ensure you can recreate this delightful Spanish dish at home whenever you wish!

As the workshop concludes, we'll evaluate our culinary efforts and enjoy our creations alongside traditional papas arrugadas (wrinkled potatoes), a beloved dish from the Canaries. Our sauces will be paired with three distinct wines, accompanied by toasted bread and a variety of local spreads, including mantequilla de berros (watercress butter), almogrote (a spread made of cheese, garlic, and tomatoes), and chorizo palmero (Canarian chorizo).

Subsequently, the group will embark on a 45-minute guided tour of the winery. Your guide will share insights about the Monje family's history, showcase their expansive vineyards, and take you through the old barrel cellar, which has been in operation since 1956. This activity promises a thorough gastronomic adventure!
