At the indicated time, we'll meet in front of the Cap Sim Hotel to start our street food tour of Essaouira. Our first stop will be at a local street market for delicacies like olives, freshly squeezed orange juice, or traditional Moroccan tea. Afterward, we will visit a spice store to experience the aroma of Moroccan spices.

The tour will also take us outside the Jewish Museum, discussing the community's influence on Moroccan gastronomy. We will then head to the old port of Essaouira to taste oysters and fresh fish.

Next, we will enter the Medina of Essaouira to explore its most emblematic corners, revealing the city's history and culinary influences. Before the tour concludes, we will enjoy a delicious lunch in a traditional restaurant within the Medina.

Throughout the food tour, we will indulge in several typical dishes such as tajine, couscous, grilled meat skewers, and pastries like gazelle horns.
