Description
At the designated time, we'll meet at the cruise ship terminal and, once everyone has arrived, we'll be ready to discover Koper's best-kept secrets.
During this tour, we'll explore Koper's Venetian Renaissance traditions, where history comes to life in the city squares and preserved architecture.
As we travel through the streets of this coastal city on the Istrian Peninsula, we'll see the Muda Gate, Prešeren Square, and the Da Ponte Fountain. This fountain, dating back to 1666, features a semicircular bridge with 15 columns, each showcasing the coat of arms of local noble families.
We'll also pass by the Assumption Cathedral, Tito Square, Carpaccio Square, and the lively seaside promenade. To conclude the tour, we'll pause to sample some local delicacies alongside a glass of wine.
Finally, 3 hours after beginning the tour, we'll say our goodbyes at the starting point.
