On this day trip to Mount Bromo from Malang, you'll discover the most famous volcano on the island of Java and enjoy the views of an Indonesian sunrise.
Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Malang and begin our journey northeast in an offroading vehicle.
After approximately 1 hour of travel, we’ll reach Mount Bromo National Park, a volcano part of the Tengger massif. Upon arrival, we will admire the sunrise from Penanjakan Hill or King Kong Hill, depending on the weather.
Following the sunrise, we’ll start a hike up to the volcano crater. This hike will take 3 to 4 hours, depending on the group's pace, with stops for rest and scenery. Participants should bring breakfast for the hike.
Finally, we will begin our return journey to your hotel in Malang, concluding the trip after a total of 11.5 hours.
