At the indicated time, we'll meet at Regione Sant' Eligio, number 15. Prepare an authentic Piedmontese specialty in this hazelnut cake-making workshop.
Before you start baking, our expert pastry chef Elena will show you the different stages of cake preparation. Help will be provided every step of the way.
We'll begin by mixing the flour, toasted hazelnuts, sugar, and butter, then bake our cake. While your cake bakes, you'll enjoy a tasting of the region's typical products on a balcony with a panoramic view.
After this hour-and-a-half experience, we'll wrap up our hazelnut cake-making workshop.
