Torres del Paine National Park 5-Day Hiking Tour

The Torres del Paine National Park and the Valle del Francés are featured in this 5-day hiking tour in Chile's Patagonia.

Hiking Tour Details

Day 1: Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine

We will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Natales and travel to the Torres del Paine National Park Welcome Centre. After beginning the hiking route, a picnic-style lunch will be provided at the halfway mark. The hike covers 13.6 miles (22 kilometers) to the Base de las Torres viewpoint before reaching the camping site for dinner and overnight stay.

This segment includes a physically demanding 24km (14.9 miles) hike.

Day 2: Torres del Paine

Following breakfast, we will embark on a 14km (8.69 miles) hike to the Cuernos del Paine and the banks of the Nordenskjöld Lake, concluding the day with dinner and rest at the campsite.

Day 3: Torres del Paine - Valle del Francés - Torres del Paine

After breakfast, we will hike around 12km (7.45 miles) to the Valle del Francés viewpoint, taking in views of the Hoja, Espada and Fortaleza ridges and the Nordenskjöld and Pehoé Lakes. A light snack will be provided before returning to the camp for dinner and rest.

Day 4: Torres del Paine - Grey Glacier

After breakfast, we will hike 11km (6.8 miles) to the Grey Glacier. Participants can opt for a walk on the suspension bridge or a kayaking tour on Lake Grey in the evening, followed by dinner at the camp.

Day 5: Grey Glacier - Torres del Paine - Puerto Natales

Breakfast will be served at Lake Grey. Hikers will head toward the refuge from previously, and a 30-minute catamaran ride on Lake Pehoé will be available. The group will regroup for the journey back to Puerto Natales, arriving around 10 pm.
