Pals Free Walking Tour

Discover one of the most picturesque towns on the Costa Brava on our free walking tour of Pals. It will be like traveling to the Middle Ages!

Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at the Ca la Pruna Cultural Center to begin this free tour of Pals. First, we'll cross the Calle Mayor and Plaza Mayor until we reach the Church of Sant Pere, where we will learn about its construction using stones from the castle.

Next, we will see the Tower of the Hours, the only remaining part of the 11th-century castle that was destroyed in the 15th century. We will then walk to the Josep Pla viewpoint, one of the highest spots in the town, to enjoy views of the Baix Empordà region and the Pyrenees. After taking pictures, we'll proceed to Paseo Archaeological, a promenade featuring well-preserved parts of the medieval wall.

After 1.5 hours, we'll say our goodbyes at the starting point.
