With your drink in hand and surrounded by an inviting ambiance, it’s time to don your aprons and uncover the culinary treasures of Mexico, moving far beyond standard tourist fare. Let the cooking begin! You will chop, sauté, and season as you create ten authentic Mexican dishes.

Throughout the class, you'll whip up golden, crispy appetizers, a delectable main course featuring fresh vegetables, and two mouthwatering desserts. As you cook, your instructor will share captivating stories, anecdotes, and the rich traditions of Yucatecan cuisine.
