Tour Details

We'll meet at Piazza Caduti di Via Fani to begin our guided tour of Polignano a Mare. The tour will explore the historic center of Polignano a Mare, showcasing its squares, streets, and white houses adorned with flower pots. Key locations include Chiesa Matrice and Piazza Dell'Orologio, with stops at terraces overlooking the sea.

During the tour, several stops will allow guests to taste characteristic products from the local cuisine, including focaccia, panzerotto stuffed with mozzarella and tomato sauce, and other celebrated local dishes.

Guests will also experience caffè speciale from master Mario Campanella, complemented by a glass of local wine alongside a dish of burrata and capocollo. This tasting will be enjoyed while taking in views from the cliffs.

The tour lasts 2.5 hours, concluding with farewell views of the Adriatic Sea.
