Hallstatt Tour (5 hours)

After picking you up in Salzburg, we'll route through the mountainous region of Salzkammergut. In just 1 hour and 15 minutes, we'll reach the town of Hallstatt, on the shores of Lake Hallstätter See. The guide will lead us around the old town to discover the Markplatz and the Pfarrkirche, which houses over 1200 skulls inside. We'll also visit one of the city's viewpoints for excellent views. Hallstatt-Dachstein is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Mauthausen Concentration Camp Tour (8 hours)

We'll route from Salzburg to the Mauthausen concentration camp. An English audio guide will provide historical context about the Holocaust. The tour will take us around the barracks to see memorials, the Death Stairs, Parachute Wall, and the crematory ovens. A stop for lunch on your own will follow the visit.

Berchtesgaden and King's Lake Tour (8 - 11 hours)

This option includes a visit to the Eagle's Nest in the Bavarian Alps, offering impressive views. We'll visit the Obersalzberg documentation centre to learn about Nazi ideology and propaganda, and then proceed to King's Lake (Königssee). A boat ride around the St. Bartholomä peninsula is available. After lunch, we will explore the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine with a 1 hour 30 minute tour alongside a German miner and an English audio guide.
