Your adventure begins at your hotel in Sigiriya at 7 am. Quickly, we'll board our vehicle and embark on a scenic 90-kilometer drive south to Kandy, which will take approximately two and a half hours.

Throughout the day, we will uncover the treasures of the second most significant city in Sri Lanka, known as a prominent pilgrimage destination for Buddhists. Our itinerary includes visits to the Royal Botanic Gardens of Peradeniya, home to over 4,000 plant species, and the picturesque artificial lake, which stretches over 3 kilometers. Marvel at the impressive statue of Bahirawakanda Vihara and explore a local silk factory.

No visit to Kandy is complete without experiencing Sri Dalada Maligawa, also referred to as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. This remarkable site is among the most revered pilgrimage locations for Buddhists globally. You will delve into its intriguing history during the visit!
