Roque Nublo Hiking Tour

At 10 am, we'll meet at the Roque Nublo parking lot, located only half an hour's drive from the center of Tejeda. We'll start a 6 km hiking tour exploring the mountains of central Gran Canaria and discovering one of the main icons of the island. Are you ready?

We will begin walking uphill, enjoying the silence of nature and 360-degree views of the steep peaks of Gran Canaria. The route will take us through lesser-known areas full of beauty, reaching one of the highest points of the island at 1,813 meters.

During the Roque Nublo hike, we'll trek through Canary pine forests to reach the viewpoint of this volcanic rock, part of a Biosphere Reserve. We will explain the formation of this natural landmark and its historical significance as a site of worship for the indigenous people. Additionally, we will view the rocks of El Fraile and La Rana.

After an engaging hike with stunning landscapes, we'll conclude at 2 pm at the starting point.
