Day Trip to Lake Koman

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at Mother Teresa Square before leaving Tirana to head to Lake Koman's port, which we'll reach after a 3-hour drive.

Once we arrive, we'll hop onboard a boat and set sail towards the Shala River. You'll enjoy views of waterfalls and wild forests as we float along the lake's turquoise waters.

After approximately 30 minutes on the boat, we'll make a stop on the shore. The Shala River is known as the Thailand of Albania due to its pristine waters and imposing mountainous landscapes.

Here, you'll have free time to walk, swim, and take photos, or if you prefer a more active experience, you can rent a kayak.

After 4 hours of enjoying this natural enclave, we'll return to Koman Lake and then make our way back to Tirana. This day trip will last a total of 11 hours.
