Beginners' Diving Experience

When you book your first dive, you'll have two options depending on whether you want to do just one dive or if you prefer two. For both, we'll meet at the time of your choice at Rúa Manuel Murguía in Foz and finish at the same point.

Single Dive (1 hour)

This experience is ideal for those who have never breathed underwater. After a brief theoretical introduction on equipment usage and basic techniques, we'll proceed to a confined water area.

During the 45-minute dive, you'll explore the marine flora and fauna of Foz and see various fish.

Double Dive (2 hours 30 minutes)

If a single dive isn't sufficient, a second session will enhance your understanding of wonders of diving. The first dive will still be in confined water for familiarization with the regulator and equipment.

The second session will take us into the Cantabrian Sea to explore the sea bed in this region of Galicia. You'll discover that diving is easier than you think.
