Puerto Inca Ayahuasca Ceremony

Day 1

The retreat begins at Hospedaje Los Incas, followed by a walk through Puerto Inca to learn local customs. At 6 pm, a light dinner precedes the ceremony, which starts at 7 pm with an introduction by the shaman. Participants can ask questions, witness the ceremony preparation, and take photos. The shaman will perform rituals and provide a taste of ayahuasca and mapachos, followed by a silent reflection period until 2 am.

Day 2

Two itineraries are available based on participants' conditions:

Option 1: After breakfast, a jungle excursion to explore the medicinal use of Amazonian plants with lunch in the jungle, followed by dinner and rest at the lodge.Option 2: A trip to Pintuyacu creek for swimming post-breakfast, with lunch and return to the lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 3

The third day involves early morning activities with the shaman searching for medicinal plants. After lunch at the lodge, there's relaxation until 7 pm, when the second ayahuasca ceremony commences, allowing for further introspection.

Day 4

Participants will wake up refreshed, have breakfast, and conclude their retreat experience.

One night ceremony

A one-night ayahuasca ceremony option is available, starting at 7 pm and ending at 2 am, without accommodation or meals.

Accommodation

For the 4-day ceremony, 3 nights of full board accommodation at Hospedaje Los Incas is included.

Important

No dairy products, caffeine or sugar 48 hours prior to the ceremony.No narcotics or psychiatric drugs should be consumed 48 hours before.Avoid alcoholic beverages for 3 days before the ceremony.Avoid pork and fried foods in the week prior.
