Experience a workshop delving into the secrets of Amazonian gastronomy, focusing on fish, fruits, and vegetables unique to the Peruvian jungle. Starting at 8 am at Hospedaje Los Incas, we'll visit a local farm to select fresh ingredients. Then, we'll head to the market for additional supplies. The menu includes Amazonian ceviche, chonta salad, and a choice of main courses like fish casserole or patarashca. A surprise dessert awaits. After cooking for 2.5 hours, we'll enjoy our creations with a fruit drink. The workshop concludes at 3 pm.
