Trip to the Widow's Cave

Meet at 8 am at Hospedaje Los Incas to begin the excursion to the cave and ravine of La Viuda, located 3 miles from Puerto Inca.

The first stop is the cave of La Viuda, known for its pre-Inca engravings. Explore the cave while observing these ancient bas-reliefs.

Next, we will visit the ravine of La Viuda, a natural spa with crystal waters. You will have free time to engage in activities such as swimming or fishing.

At 12:30 pm, we will reconvene for lunch before exploring the Amazon rainforest environment. The return to Puerto Inca is scheduled for 4 pm.

For those interested in a search for gold in the Viuda cave, this option is available. We will use the bateo method, which involves filling a container with sand and gravel and submerging it in water to find gold nuggets. This activity follows the cave visit, and participants will join the group for lunch after the hunt.
