The Historical Victoria Square - Walking Tour

This walking tour highlights the area around Victoria Square which was originally established with the intent of housing prominent government buildings.

This walking tour features important infrastructure surrounding the central square of Adelaide including Law Courts, GPO, Treasury Building and Adelaide Town Hall and the stories behind the facades.

Focusing on the central square of Adelaide – Victoria Square and apart from amazing architecture, learn about the history, and stories relating to some of Autralia's earlier colonial inhabitants. On weekdays this tour offers the opportunity of entering some of these ex-government buildings to explore some of their spaces more closely.
