Serra da Bodoquena Hiking Tour

We will meet at Fazenda Betione, on the outskirts of Bonito, at the agreed time. From here, we will undertake a hiking route into the heart of the Serra da Bodoquena National Park.

On this 2.5 kilometre (1.5 miles) walk, we will explore the flora and fauna of this natural area, including insights on the Atlantic forest and its tropical rainforest. We will discuss the environmental challenges this forest faces.

Throughout the hike, we will take breaks to rest and capture the surrounding scenery. The route includes eight waterfalls, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in a stunning natural setting.

After four hours of walking, we will conclude the hiking route back at Fazenda Betione.
