  • 10/10 | 1 recensione

If you want to explore Castellón de la Plana in an exclusive way, this private tour is the best option. You'll have an English-speaking guide and can tailor the itinerary as you please.

Description

We will meet at plaza de la Independencia at the scheduled time to start our private tour of Castellón de la Plana.

This is a private tour, allowing you to choose your preferred route. We will walk through the historic centre, visiting main squares and stopping at points of interest—a fully customizable route.

We will pass through Ribalta Park and head to Plaza de Tetuán, home to the Post and Telegraphs building, reflecting the city's bourgeois past. Next, we will visit Avenida del Rey Jaume I, passing through Plaza Huertos Sogueros and the Puerta del Sol, a monumental complex with early 20th-century modernist buildings.

Next, we will walk to Plaza Santa Clara, known for its bars and restaurants, and adjacent to Plaza Mayor, which includes the Town Hall and Castellón Co-Cathedral. We will discuss the many reconstructions of the temple and what remains of the original Gothic church, as well as the 60-metre-high bell tower known as El Fadrí.

After 2 hours, the tour will conclude next to the Co-cathedral or at a location of your choice.
