At the indicated time, we'll meet at Lardo della Pace Terminal to start this gastronomic experience around Civitavecchia.

First, we'll visit a local market to purchase the necessary ingredients for our menu. We'll browse through various meat, fish, fruit, and vegetable stalls to select the best quality products.

After the market tour, we'll head to a restaurant where a professional mamma chef will show us how to prepare traditional Italian delicacies.

As we prepare traditional Italian recipes such as gnocchis, sauces, and a typical dessert, we'll learn about the importance of gastronomy in Italian culture. After cooking, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch of the dishes we've prepared.
