Bellagio and Lugano Day Trip

Experience both Italy and Switzerland in a single day with this excursion to Bellagio and Lugano. Embark on a journey into the heart of the Alps and take a boat ride on Lake Como.

Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we will meet at Piazza Cavour 1 in Como. From there, we will board a boat to begin our cruise across Lake Como to the village of Bellagio.

Once in Bellagio, you will have two hours of free time to explore. This village is noted for its steep, narrow streets in the historic center.

After Bellagio, we will continue the boat ride across Lake Como to Cadenabbia.

From Cadenabbia, we will travel by bus to Switzerland, where you will have about an hour of free time in the city of Lugano. This time can be spent browsing for Swiss chocolate, strolling along the lakefront promenade, or visiting local churches. Recommended sites include Ciani Park and the Church of Santa Maria degli Angioli for its frescoes.

The day will conclude with a bus ride back to our starting point in Como, completing this 8-hour excursion.
