Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at the William Chambers Monument to begin this walking tour of Edinburgh. You'll explore the city that inspired the Harry Potter books.

First, we'll visit Greyfriars Kirkyard, a graveyard located on the southern edge of the old town, where you can see the real grave of Tom Riddle. As you walk through the old town, you'll experience its narrow streets and historic buildings.

Next, you'll discover your Hogwarts House. Are you a Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin? After revealing your house, you'll have the opportunity to test your Harry Potter knowledge and earn points.

Afterward, we'll proceed to the Edinburgh City Chambers, where you'll see JK Rowling's golden handprints outside, a tribute to her receiving the Edinburgh Award in 2008 for her contributions to the city.
