Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Via Panicale, 43, and walk to an Italian cooking school located just 10 minutes away.

Upon arrival, a professional Italian chef will teach us for the next few hours. We'll start with an introduction to Italian gastronomy and its history, including famous recipes.

The chef will guide us in making an authentic Italian pizza, covering how to create a flexible dough, delicious tomato sauce, and techniques for stretching the dough. After cooking our pizzas, we'll sample our creations, accompanied by unlimited wine and soft drinks for children.

Following the pizza session, we will learn the secrets of making authentic Italian ice cream, including essential ingredients and freezing techniques. This knowledge will allow you to recreate Italian gelato at home.

At the end of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate and we will return to the initial meeting point in Florence after 3 hours.
