Come and discover the charming outskirts of Joinville on this trip to the Max Moppi Distillery and the Krüger House. There, we will learn about the history of Santa Catarina and try some delicious liquor. Don't miss out!

Description

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Joinville, beginning the tour of the Max Moppi Distillery and the Krüger House. On the journey, we will see the landscapes and farms on the outskirts of the city.

Our first stop will be at the Krüger House, built in 1925 on land where sugarcane and corn were grown. In 2015, the house was declared a National Historical Site. We will learn about the importance of immigration in Santa Catarina through photographs and utensils, and discover how the Krüger family lived.

Next, we will visit the Max Moppi Distillery to learn about the production of cachaça, one of Brazil's famous distilled beverages. We will see the stills used for over 125 years and learn about the original use of oxen mills in production. The visit will conclude with a tasting of various types of cachaças.

You will then have one hour of free time to enjoy regional flavors of Joinville. Later, we will travel to the Quinta da Mildau Farm for a picnic with fruit, juice, and cold meats.

Finally, we will return to our vehicle to bring you back to your hotel in Joinville, with an expected return around seven hours after the start time.
