Pizza & Gelato Workshop

Description

We'll meet at Via Volturno at the indicated time and walk to where we'll do the Italian pizza and gelato workshop. An experienced pizzaiolo will guide us through the preparation of the perfect pizza. We'll start by stretching the dough and creating the ideal base for the toppings.

Once the ingredients are ready, it's time to put the pizza in the oven. We will observe how our creation rises until it becomes a delicacy. Following this, we will learn how to prepare a delicious Italian gelato, with the chef cooking.

Finally, we will have the long-awaited tasting! We will taste the pizza and ice cream we made, accompanied by wine or soft drinks. Additionally, you can take home a digital book of traditional recipes to showcase your new culinary skills.

After dinner, we will distribute the certificate of participation, concluding the Italian pizza and gelato workshop in Palermo. Arrivederci!
