Pizza & Gelato Workshop

Description

We'll meet at Via Volturno at the indicated time and walk to the location for the Italian pizza and gelato workshop. An experienced pizzaiolo will guide us through the preparation of the perfect pizza, starting with stretching the dough and creating the ideal base for toppings.

Once the ingredients are ready, we will put the pizza in the oven and watch it rise into a delicacy. Afterward, we will learn how to prepare a delicious Italian gelato, with the chef handling the cooking.

The tasting will follow, where we can enjoy the pizza and ice cream we made, accompanied by wine or soft drinks. Participants will receive a digital book of traditional recipes to practice at home. After dinner, a certificate of participation will be handed out, concluding the Italian pizza and gelato workshop in Palermo. Arrivederci!
