Pizza & Gelato Workshop

Description

We will meet at Via Volturno at the indicated time and walk to the workshop location. An experienced pizzaiolo will guide us through the preparation of pizza, starting with stretching the dough and creating the base for tomato and mozzarella cheese toppings.

Once the ingredients are ready, we will bake the pizza and observe its transformation into an authentic delicacy. After pizza, we will learn to prepare Italian gelato, although only the chef will handle this part.

The session concludes with the long-awaited tasting of our creations, alongside wine or soft drinks. Additionally, participants will receive a digital book of traditional recipes to take home, enhancing their culinary skills.

After dinner, certificates of participation will be distributed, marking the end of the Italian pizza and gelato workshop in Palermo. Arrivederci!
